Accommodation
Comfortable self-catering farm cottage accommodation with 360 degree mountain views on a farm just 7 kilometers outside the charming village of Montagu in the Little Karoo (along the R62). A mere 2 hours drive from Cape Town brings one through the stone portals of Cogmanskloof to the Little Karoo and the charm of Montagu. This historic village lies in a fertile valley enclosed by the Swartberg and Langeberg mountain ranges.

The cottages are sensitively restored farm labourer cottages. The restoration process of the cottages was executed with great attention to detail in order to maintain an authentic sense. The cottages are unpretentious but elegant and are well-equipped with quality linen, crockery and cutlery, as well as a gas cooker and microwave for indoor cooking. Each cottage has its own braai (barbecue) facility on its patio as well as an area to relax, read a book, soak up the sun and enjoy the sounds of nature.

The cottages, purposefully, do not have TVs so as not to to distract you from the sounds of birdsong, or the distant calls of jackals and foxes. Spotted eagle owls and Cape eagle owls are also often seen and heard at the cottages.
