Noble Hill Estate Reserve
Noble Hill makes wines that are juicy yet structured, elegant, and above all unique to the place they are made. Noble Hill Estate Reserve puts to practice the knowledge, dedication, and intuition of the entire Noble Hill enterprise.
From hand-sorting at harvest, each component of this wine begins its fermentation in tank and completes it in 225l French oak barrels. Only the lowest press fractions are used for blending, resulting in a wine composed almost entirely of free-run juice. Noble Hill works with four family-owned cooperages located near Cognac to produce barrels matched to the intended style.
Noble Hill Estate Reserve elicits the aromas and tastes of fresh black currant, plum, and a touch of mint. Oak plays a well-integrated and focused supporting role.
