Noble Hill Mourvèdre Rosé
Don't be fooled into thinking that it’s all about looks by the demure blush of this rosé. Like the perfect slice of salmon sashimi it’s as delicious to the palate as it is easy on the eye. Focused fruit aromas and a crisp finish.
Mourvèdre has traditionally been used for the production of high quality rosé wines in Provence. It was therefore a natural step to use our estate vineyard and try it for ourselves. Noble Hill has always enjoyed adding a bit of Mourvèdre to our Syrah for its spicy & earthy flavours.
Nobel Hill Rosé stands out with a light salmon pink colour and a bit of orange peel on the rim. The wine elicits aromas of rose water, strawberries, watermelon, and black currant. It has a crisp, dry finish and is perfect alongside the braai. Serve chilled, at 7-9°C.
Made on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountains in South Africa.
