What happens if a product is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, you will be notified and will not be able to add it to your bag. If an item becomes unavailable while it is in your bag, you will be notified at checkout and will not be charged for it.
What are my payment options?
Payment can be made with either your Visa or Mastercard credit card, issued from most countries.
You can also pay with a Curated.Africa gift card, and automated instant EFT where available.
If you reside in South Africa, you can also use any of the following payment methods: Visa Electron debit card, Maestro debit card, Masterpass, Zapper, SnapScan, PayD, and SCode.
We’re sorry, but we do not accept: CODs, personal checks, money orders and international credit cards not listed above.
Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment, except for international credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged during checkout.
When are taxes, duties and customs added?
Depending on your country of residence outside of South Africa taxes, duties and customs are handled by your country's import authorities for which you are liable in full, Curated.Africa does not pay any taxes, duties or customs on your behalf.
Can I change my credit card after placing an order?
We apologise, but we are unable to allow changes to credit card information once an order is placed.
